OVERALL OBJECTIVES

Human Resources Development
To connect educators and business organisations around a new body of knowledge regarding the needs of the knowledge economy, and Turkey’s position towards the European knowledge economy (since the 2000 Lisbon declaration) in particular
To raise the level of awareness on the value of the use of Intellectual Capital in the knowledge economy
To enhance competences on the strategic management of intellectual capital
To publish a Knowledge Capital of Turkey report

SPECIFIC OBJECTIVES

Executive training of university lecturers and business executives
To enhance competences on strategic IC management of university lecturers, based on action-learning in close cooperation with business executives
To build consortia of universities, chambers of commerce and professional bodies functioning as platforms of industry- and action based training on an ongoing basis.
